TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2024 By Angeline Etyang, of P.O. Box 55, Cheptais in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Esakina Opollo, who died at Chebukuyi, on 14th April, 2017. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2024 By (1) Peres Akinyi Wesonga and (2) Calvin Omondi Wasonga, both of P.O. Box 7019–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Wasonga Abogno, who died on 27th December, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
