TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2023 By (1) Samuel Wanyeki Karema and (2) Simon Kuria Karema, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adrew Karema Kihara, who died at District Hospital, Mukurweini in Kenya, on 7th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2024 By Simon Kuria Karema, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muita Kihara alias James Muita Kihara, who died at Kiawambogo Sub County Hospital in Kenya, on 18th November, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
