TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2023 By (1) Richard Muriemwe Nguki and (2) Zablon Gachiani Nguku, both of P.O. Box 70, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nguku Muriemwe, who died at Mikarara, on 8th November, 2012. CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2023 By Newton Nemesias Mbogo, of P.O. Box 6, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Gacau, who died at Mutige, on 7th January, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
