TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2024 By Priscah Adhiambo Oburu, of P.O. Box 77–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Madote Oburu, who died at Pap Oriang Sub-location, on 12th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2024 By Josephine Akoth Okoth, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Oduor Odhialo alias Odialo Ongayo, who died at Nyalgunga Sub- location, on 11th July, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
