TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2024 By (1) Moses Onyango Anton Sinawa and (2) Victor Ouma Otieno, both of P.O. Box 4052–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Achieng Sinawa, who died at Chiga, Kisumu, on 24th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2024 By Joseph Otieno Ogola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ogola Mbeya alias Ogola Mbeya, who died at New Nyanza Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd January, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
