TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2024 By Ezachiel Odhiambo Olango, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olango Ong’ongo Barabas alias Olang’o Ongong’a alias Barnabas Olang’o Ongonga, who died at Got Nyabondo, on 20th December, 1985. CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2024 By (1) Eunice Adhiambo Opiyo and (2) Magdaline Obondo Opiyo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Opiyo Osweya alias John Apiyo Osweya, who died at Kadero, on 3rd June, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
