CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024 By (1) Dorcas Wangari Mbugua and (2) Grace Njeri Mbugua, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Mbugua Gachahi, who died at Mpeketoni, on 12th February, 1998. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2024 By (1) Cecily Nyambura Ndungu and (2) Elijah Kibande Ndungu, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Ndungu Machanga, who died at Central, on 21st December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2024 By (1) Ruth Wangari Githuka and (2) Samson Kirika Githuka, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bilha Waithira Githuka, who died at Uziwa, on 2nd December, 2014. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Kuria Githuka and (2) John Kinyua Githuka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marico Githuka Mutega alias Marcio Githuka Mutega, who died at Centra, on 17th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
