E223 OF 2024 By Raphael Omondi Musira, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Radolo alias Otieno Radol, who died at Siaya, on 22nd August, 1997. CAUSE NO. E225 OF 2024 By Joseph Ouma, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chrispine Walter Kipyator Opande alias Kipyator Opande, who died at Siaya, on 13th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
