TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E211 OF 2023 By Khairunnissa Akbar Issak, of P.O. Box 85573–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdulla Isaak Haji Abdulrehman alias Abdulla Issak, who died at South C, Nairobi, on 27th March, 1996. CAUSE NO. E212 OF 2023 By Khairunnissa Akbar Issak, of P.O. Box 85573–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ebhrahim Haji Ismail alias Ebrahim Haji Ismail, who died at South C, Nairobi, on 7th May, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
