REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Monicah Wairimu Kimani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Ngobit Supuko Block 1/2133, situate in the county of Laikipia, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Thika in Succession Cause No. 219 of 2001, has issued grant of letters of administration an certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Martin Kimani Wairimu as administrator, and whereas the said Martin Kimani Wairimu has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39 in the name of Martin Kimani Wairimu as administrator, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Monicah Wairimu Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
