NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (cap. 38) laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owners of goods card No. W-100, at Avelino Court to take delivery of the said goods from ANM Freight Forwarding Limited along Lower Kabete Road, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from date of publication of this notice upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with the costs of the publication and any other incidental cost, failure to which the same shall be disposed by the way of public auction and proceeds therefrom be defrayed against all accrued charges without further notice Date the16th September, 2024.
