REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Banjamin Kipkech Kipkulei, of P.O. Box 34913, Ngong in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all piece of land known as L.R. No. 20591/6, situate in adjoining Lake Naivasha in the Nakuru District, by virtue of a certificate of title THE KENYA GAZETTE 4th October, 2024 registered as I.R. No. 79256/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
