NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 17th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 185, in Volume D1, Folio 274/5001, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Hussein Sheikhdayib Abdi, formerly known as Ahmed Mohamed Abdi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ahmed Mohamed Abdi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hussein Sheikhdayib Abdi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hussein Sheikhdayib Abdi only.
