Box 308– 90200, Kitui in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Irene Queenter Atieno, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Irene Queenter Atieno, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Queenter Atieno Oyier, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Queenter Atieno Oyier only.
