TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By (1) Grace Catherine Njeri Murichu, (2) Michael David Murichu and (3) Faith Muthoni Murichu, all of P.O. Box 28758–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emily Murichu Moses alias Emily Karimi Murichu alias Emily Karimi Moses Murichu, who died on 25th December, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
