TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2023 By (1) Fataia Kananu Ibrahim, (2) Lucy Kathao Maore, (3) Jescah Murugi Elias and (4) Terry Nkirote Gikunda, all of P.O. Box 482, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Muturia Kaliunga, who died at Kinna, Meru, on 30th April, 2023. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2023 By Cicilia Mwotiania Muthiaine, of P.O. Box 1850, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Ezekiel Muthiaine Maingi, who died at Njia cia Mwendwa, on 27th February, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
