TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By (1) Charles Kiprop Kangogo and (2) Reuben Kiplagat Kangogo, both of P.O. Box 6, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kangogo Chebiegon, who died at District Hospital, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, on 26th February, 2006. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By Joseph Kotorkor Yator, of P.O. Box 73, Marigat in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepyator Cheboiwo, who died at Kabarak, Radat, on 1st March, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
