E135 OF 2024 By Irene Eddie, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Nduku Mc Mzungu, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd January, 2024. CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2024 By (1) Cleef Mukono Omedo and (2) Hadija Ashley Chepkoske, the deceased’s widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sophia Chepkoech Mwaruwa alias Sophia Chepkoech Mwarua, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 7th August, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
