TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E349 OF 2024 By (1) John Gitari Karaihira and (2) Joram Muchai Karaihira, both of P.O. Box 14340, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Karaihira Njoora, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 31st May, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
