TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E298 OF 2024 By Peter Odak Abasa, of P.O. Box 16, Bumala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martina Akongo alias Martha Akongo Abasa, who died at Busire Sub-location, on 20th November, 2013. CAUSE NO. E376 OF 2024 By (1) Leornad Aloo Odwori (2) Benard Aloo Omondi (3) Byron Musumba Sitawa and (4) Kenneth Musumba of P.O. Box 167–50405, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Musumba alias Musumba Olusa, who died at Mumias, on 21st December, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
