TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E358 OF 2024 By Philip Makutu Luseno, of P.O. Box 46, Bukura in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfael Luseno Ikutu alias Luseno Ikutu, who died at Musoli Sub-location, on 21st October, 2014. CAUSE NO. E692 OF 2024 By Austin Oduori Onyango, of P.O. Box 901–50102, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Onyango Oluoch alias Luka Onyango, who died at Mirere, on 4th July, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
