TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Wanjiru Ndung’u and (2) Anne Wanjiru Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Wanjiku, who died at Munyu Sub-location, on 11th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2024 By (1) George Gichuki Rurigi and (2) Edith Wanjiku, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosemary Wanjiru Wairagu, who died on 24th February, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
