TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E529 OF 2021 By Samuel Gitau Ndungu, of P.O Box 96, Kanjuku in Kenya, the daceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndung’u Karanja, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 15th October, 2011. CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2024 By Grace Wanja Mbugua, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mbugua Kiarie, who died at Wema Nursing Home, on 21st December, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
