TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 232 OF 2024 By (1) Elispha Munjiru Kiriro, (2) Samuel Maina Kiriro, (3) Esther Muthoni Kibugi Kibiru and (4) Grace Wanjiru Kiriro, all of P.O. Box 20, Subukia in Kenya, the deceased’s wife, son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Kiriro Muhoya, who died at Topcare Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd April, 2023. 4th October, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
