E135 OF 2024 By Peter Kihara Kariuki, of P.O. Box 6–60500, Marsabit in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyprien Baraka, who died at Huruma Hospital in Kenya, on 8th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2024 By Patrick Mugo Mwangi, of P.O. Box 77, Kiria-ini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Kamangara, who died at District Hospital, Murang’a in Kenya, on 17th September, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
