TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2024 By Jane Wambui Nderitu, of P.O. Box 813–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Ndiritu Githaka, who died on 21st April, 2024. CAUSE NO. E202 OF 2024 By Fredrick Muriithi Munyi, of P.O. Box 668–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyi Karanja alias Karonja alias Mr. M. Karanja, who died at Nembure, on 27th September, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
