TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E235 OF 2024 By Benson Kilonzo Mutisya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutisya Kioko alias Benson Mutisya Kioko, who died at Ngoleni Sub-location, on 13th December, 2004. CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2024 By Patrick Musyoka Katunyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katunyo Nzoka, who died at Kambiti, on 26th February, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
