TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By (1) Millicent Kasava Angawa and (2) Benard Oduor Olayo, both of P.O. Box 5568–00506, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Denis Ochieng alias Peter Dennis Ochieng, who died on 11th December, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
