E46 OF 2024 By (1) Shakwa ole Kasonko and (2) Daniel Gitau Kasoongo, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasunku Karanja Matinti, who died at Olturoto, on 11th May, 2005. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2024 By Joseph Ndungu Mwaura, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anne Wambui Chege, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 6th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2024 By Mokinyo Nkara Nkurruna, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nkaka ole Nkurruna Kaseu, who died at Kajiado Central, on 6th August, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
