TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2024 By Philip Morianga Kanyakua, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kanyagua Kegaride, who died at Emakoko, on 17th April, 2023. CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2024 By Kitesho ene Meoli, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meoli ole Tirike, who died at Engaboli, on 17th July, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
