Box 28–40628, Uranga in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ataro Odinga. CAUSE NO. E328 OF 2024 By Charles Onyango Otieno, of P.O. Box 426–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omondi Owuor Osore, who died at Kadenge, on 17th August, 1988. CAUSE NO. E397 OF 2024 By Jenifa Oduol Adega, of P.O. Box 88–40612, Sawagongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abisalom Adega Ogol, who died at Gongo, on 20th March, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
