TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2024 By (1) Rebekah N. Osugo and (2) Kennedy Abaka Osugo, both of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Osugo Gekara, who died at Nyamira Maternity Nursing Home, on 26th March, 2019. CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2024 By Janet Nyambane Mokaya, of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Nyambane Mokaya, who died at Tophill Hospital in Kenya, on 13th May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
