E49 OF 2024 By Mbogo Kambi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbogo Kambi, who died on 2nd August, 1989. CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2024 By (1) Sidi Kazungu Koi, (2) Tabu Katana Kaingu, (3) Mercy Kadzo Katana and (4) Teddy Katana Kaingu, the deceased’s widows, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Kaingu Choeyo, who died on 5th April, 2001. CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2024 By Kitsao Mulewa Rondo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mlewa Rondo, who died Mijimboni, on 5th April, 1973. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2024 By Chizi Ngelenge Mwaringa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngelenge Mwaringa Jambo alias Ngelenge Mwaringa, who died at Ngerenye, on 20th May, 2008.
