TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2024 By John Karingi Nthia, of P.O. Box 75–60103, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthia Mukono, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 9th August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2024 By Joseph Nyaga Ndwiga, of P.O. Box 680, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndwiga Njuranio, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
