E55 OF 2024 By (1) Herbert Mwendwa Fundia and (2) Patrick Mumasi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saul Fundia Wekesa alias Saul Fundia, who died at Mihuu Sub- location, on 27th July, 2013. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2024 By Pamela Abinyi Manyonge, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Manyonge Wanyama alias Alfred M. Wanyama, who died at Webuye Township, on 19th November, 2023.
