TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2024 By Fred Kadima Netia, of P.O. Box 88, Bulimbo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Netia Mullama alias Joseph Netia Mulama, who died on 24th August, 2000. CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2024 By Mary Aono Okoth, of P.O. Box 14826–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emmanuel Cleophas Okoth Odula alias Emmanuel Okoth Odula, who died on 21st March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
