TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E221 OF 2024 By Titus Achar Nyauche, of P.O. Box 510–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyprian Owino Nyauche, who died at Konya, Kisumu, on 17th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E238 OF 2024 By Loyce Ochieng Anyange, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adennis Nyawara Kaila, who died at Nyalenda “A”, on 5th May, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
