TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2024 By (1) Alis Auma Odundo, (2) Claudis Opiyo Odungo and (3) John Onyango Odundo, the deceased’s spouse and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zadock Odundo Maganda alias Zadok O. Wanganda alias Zadok Odundo Waganda, who died on 12th March, 2003. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2024 By (1) Shadrack Otieno Kitoi and (2) David Ngala Ochieng, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Godiah Saya, who died on 30th July, 1979. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2024 By (1) David Peter Otieno Guya, (2) Barack Odhiambo Guya and (3) Gordon Ojuka Guya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Guya Anthoga, who died on 11th February, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
