TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2024 By Anne Muthoni Muraya, of P.O. Box 1932, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwai Murage alias Mwai s/o Murage, who died at District Hospital, Karatina in Kenya, on 24th December, 2005 . CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2024 By Charles Kagera Mwangi, of P.O. Box 1473, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Gichuki, who died on 25th May, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
