TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2024 By (1) Moses Wanjuki Machira and (2) George Ngayu Machira, both of P.O. Box 599, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Machira Ngaragu alias Harrison Machira Ng’aragu alias Harrison Machira Ngarangu alias Machira s/o Ngaragu alias Machira s/o Ng’aragu alias Machira Ngaragu, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 31st October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
