TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2022 By (1) Jackson Gachamba Karuga (2) Simon Mwangi Kuruga, both of P.O. Box 140 Wang’uru in Kenya, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hesibon Karuga Njayathara, who died at Mwea Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 8th August, 1989. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2024 By Helen Masila, of P.O. Box 275 Karaba in Kenya, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Muthoni Ndegwa alias Mariam Muthoni Ndegwa, who died at Wachoro, on 3rd June, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
