E154 OF 2024 By Sarah Ndulu Muthoka, of P.O. box 6, Karaba in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeu Nzioka, who died at Makutano, on 4th June, 2011. CAUSE NO. 208 OF 2024 By Peter Mwangi Muchoki, of P.O. Box 6, Karaba in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mururi Muchoki alias Muiruri Muchoki, who died at Wachoro Sub-location, on 22nd February, 1993. CAUSE NO. E213 OF 2024 By (1) Faith Wawira Njagi and (2) Doreen Kagendo Njagi, both of P.O. Box 226–60113, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jenard Njagi Mwaniki, who died at Imara Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
