E107 OF 2024 By Elias Nthumbi Njiru, of P.O. box 274–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Njiru Nguthiro, who died at Kiambere Sub- location, on 18th November, 2018. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Muli Kawinzi and (2) Bernard Makoma Kawinzi, both of P.O. Box 6, Karaba in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Kawinzi Muli alias Simeon Kawinzi Muli, who died on 23rd March, 2012. CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2024 By Phenina Muthoni Muturi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muturi Kareithi alias Kienge Cingano, who died on 28th August, 2014.
