Box 55, Kimilili in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benn Mabonga wa Wekesa, who died at Kibingei, on 26th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2024 By Eliud Juma Wanyanja, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eli Wanyanja Mumelo, who died at Chebukwabi, on 22nd August, 2005. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2024 By (1) Samson Simiyu Wanjala, (2) Zakaria Wekesa Nambafu and (3) Patrick Situma William, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimutuni Kubeba, who died at Chebukwabi, on 22nd November, 1968. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
