TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E250 OF 2024 By David Omondi Okelo, of P.O. Box 51–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Okelo Opany, who died at Bar Osimbo Sub- location,on 23rd January, 1996. CAUSE NO. E339 OF 2024 By Mary Awuor Ngesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hosea Oduor Ayieko alias Aseya Oduor Ayieko, who died on 20th November, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
