E179 OF 2024 By Peter Okeyo Odundo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Otieno Odundo, who died at Nyangoma, Bondo, on 10th January, 1983. CAUSE NO. E180 OF 2024 By Peter Okeyo Odundo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anyango Odundo, who died at Nyangoma, on 17th May, 2012. CAUSE NO. E199 OF 2024 By Everline Atieno Mahaya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Onyango Mahaya, who died at Usenge, on 6th October, 2021 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
