TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2024 By John Ouko Dwele, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Dwele Omolo alias Dalmas Omolo Omolo, who died at North Kanyajuok Sub-location, on 5th May, 2005. CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2024 By Kennedy Ochieng Oliech, of P.O. Box 134–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Oliech Soro alias Oliech Soro, who died at North Kamwango Sub-location, on 7th July, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
