TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 4th October, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2024 By (1) Simeon Kipkemoi Korir and (2) Sarah Chepkoech Mosin, both of P.O. Box 149, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkorir arap Koske alias Tapkeron Koske, who died at Cheboin Sub-location, on 2nd November, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
