TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2024 By (1) Simon Mandisa Jilo (2) Linnah Nsensenta Nyaga, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Jilo Kamwana, who died at Kilifi District Hospital, on 15th October, 2004. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2024 By Wangui Njuguna Chege, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Chege Mwangi, who died at Uziwa, on 12th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
