REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ahmed Mohiddin, of P.O. Box 89166, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.3883 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kilifi/Roka/2378, situate in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed in respect of the above parcel of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been reeived, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
